Town Area (For East-West line: From Lavender to Tiong Bahru, For North-South Line: From Braddell to Marina Bay), additional $2 will be charged.
West Area (From Redhill to Jurong East and also from Jurong East to CCK), additional $3 will be charged. MRT stations beyond Jurong East will be at $4.
North Area (From YewTee to Bishan), additional $4.50 will be charged.
And for all North East line stations, additional $2-$5 will be charged depending on the station.

I didn't even bother calling her, as one of my T&Cs state that if I do not receive a reply, the meetup is off. So, congrats, she's the first to be blacklisted.

She was always not free & can't meet up. Finally after so long, we decided on a date. She kept asking & bugging me if I could meet earlier, when I DO have school & can't make it as I'm still having my lessons. But on that date, we were both free, but she didn't turn up. 5 simple rules to take note for sales items:
1) ALL sales prices are FIXED. No negotiations, no bargaining.
2) No swaps for sales items UNLESS STATED or unless I initated the swap/interested in your item. Even so, original price will be taken. And, also don't expect ME to top up if YOU'RE the one who initiated. (: .
3) NO postage, meet ups @ Kembangan MRT at my timing only.
4) Partial swaps available if I have an interest in your item if you initated the swap. However, the original price will be used instead. Therefore:
Original item price - your item = Your top up price.
5) Do not back out last min!
Those who do not abide by the rules will not be entertained!
Also,
- A sale item will have a "*SALE ITEM!*" tag beside it's item name, therefore it is easy to differentiate.
- Sale items are in each section, e.g. tops, bottoms, dresses & cosmetics. So do navigate around in search for them! :D
- When interested in a sale item, do state it's number. It's easier that way. (:

1) NO BACKING OUT / LAST MINUTE CANCELLING / GOING MIA AFTER YOU HAVE CONFIRMED AND SENT IN YOUR ORDERS.
2) IT IS A PREORDER. NO PAYMENT= NO STOCKS.
So don't come to me and ask me when I can meet up to get your item, because IT IS A PREORDER AND THE STOCKS ARE NOT WITH ME. And if that is so, obviously swaps are not applicable for PREORDERS?! -.-"
3) FROM NOW ONWARDS, ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE COLLECTED RIGHT AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDERS WITH ME.
This is to reduce the super irritating dead buyers and people who cancel their orders at the last minute, causing such a disruption.
4) Your stocks will arrive ONLY A WEEK or so AFTER I have GIVEN THE ORDERS AND PAYMENT TO MY SUPPLIER which is only AFTER I HAVE CAPPED AT MY REQUIRED AMOUNT OF ORDERS.
It's not instant okay?! Want instant go find some other shop that has instocks!
5) YOU ORDER FROM ME, YOU MEET AT MY CONVENIENCE.
Don't expect me from Kembangan, which is at the east of Singapore, go all the way until Yishun or Boonlay or CCK! I already give you town/central as an option, already better then others that strictly meet at their convenience only! Even if you pay extra transport charges, Im not so free as you think okay!
